A survey to help Old St. Patrick's Church best serve the needs of our people.

1. How would you describe your affiliation with Old St. Pat’s? *

I am a long time member (more than five years).

I am a new member (less than five years).

I have been connected with both Old St. Pat’s and my local parish for a number of years.

I have begun connecting with Old St. Pat’s because of the 10 a.m. Livestream Masses during COVID.

2. Have you been engaging in the 10 a.m. Sunday Livestream Masses? *

Yes, every week at 10 a.m.

Yes, but I often watch later in the day or week.

I would like to participate in a small group that gathers online to learn and discuss things like racial justice and social change

I would like to periodically participate in weekday/weeknight prayer experiences (i.e. prayer service over Livestream or Zoom)

I would like to participate in an online Lecture/discussion event or 'Town Hall' experience (ex: exploring the implications of Old St. Pat’s new Vision statement: Leading a movement of change in the Catholic Church marked by radical inclusivity, exquisite worship, and transformative kinship.)
