The Korean Council for University Education (KCUE)  in collaboration with the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund( AKCF) launched  Higher Education for ASEAN Talents (HEAT), a  full scholarship opportunity for ASEAN faculty members to support acquisition of a doctoral degree in Republic of Korea.

ELIGIBILITY
Tenure academic faculty members of  ASEAN  universities in their home country
whose highest educational attainment is a master' s degree or its equivalent.

BENEFITS  
Tuitions,  Roundtrip travel, Monthly Allowance,  Settlement Allowance,  and Other Costs
