InnoClub is a platform co-created by Hang Seng Bank Limited and Hong Kong Trade Development Council (collectively "we" or “us") to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) to digitalise and innovate.
These Terms and Conditions are between you as the SME, and us as the operators of InnoClub, governing your InnoClub membership including your participation in any InnoClub subscription, events and activities ("Membership").
MEMBERSHIP:
• Application for Membership is open to any SME with business registration in Hong Kong or GBA.
• You may apply for Membership at any InnoClub event, at InnoClub portal (https://hkstartupsociety.hktdc.com/en/hang-seng-innoclub) or by email to InnoClub@hangseng.com.
• Membership is on a per entity basis. Each SME is only entitled to one Membership. All benefits collected under the Membership are not transferable.
MEMBERS' BENEFITS
• Account Opening Offer -Enjoy discounted offer by Hang Seng Bank (https://www.hangseng.com/cms/emkt/pmo/grp06/p37/chi/index1.html)
• Members' Specials-Enjoy exclusive offer provided by InnoClub Partners
• Exclusive Invites to Events - Invite to InnoClub events, collaborations and other services organized or offered by InnoClub
• Email Updates & Call Updates – Receive regular updates through email or phone call on event promotions (only for members who have subscribed to InnoClub contact list).
• Other Benefits- Enjoy other special offers by invitation, i.e. free marketing opportunities, interview or media coverage.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
• Members may terminate the Membership at any time by email notice to InnoClub@hangseng.com. Membership account will be terminated within 30 days upon receipt of notice.
• Members may change the contact list subscription at any time by email notice to InnoClub@hangseng.com. Subscription status will be updated within 15 days upon receipt of notice.
GENERAL
• We may at its discretion at any time, suspend or terminate the Membership by giving thirty (30) days' notice.
• We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on InnoClub portal (https://hkstartupsociety.hktdc.com/en/hang-seng-innoclub) or otherwise notified to you in writing. Your continued usage of the Membership after any amendment(s) to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment(s).
• We may change, suspend or terminate any event from time to time without prior notice. We accept no liability for any such change, suspension or termination.
We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, claims or proceedings incurred or suffered by you arising from or in connection with the Membership, any InnoClub event or these Terms and Conditions, to the extent permissible under all applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of any issue or dispute in relation to the Membership or these Terms and Conditions, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
• We may communicate to you by way of notification through InnoClub's official website, email and/or any other media deemed fit.

InnoClub 條款及細則
InnoClub是恒生銀行有限公司和香港貿易發展局(以下統稱「我們」)合作的平台,旨在協助香港和大灣區的中小企業(SMEs) 數字化 和創新。本條款及細則是您作為會員與我們作為InnoClub,營運者之間的協議,規管您的InnoClub會籍,包括您參加任何 InnoClub訂 閱、活動和活動(「會籍」)。
會籍:
• 任何在香港或大灣區註冊的SME均可申請會籍。
• 您可以在任何 InnoClub活動、InnoClub 網站(https://hkstartupsociety.hktdc.com/en/hang-seng-innoclub) 或電郵至 InnoClub@hangseng.com 申請會籍。
• 會籍以每個實體企業為基礎。每家SME只有一個會籍,會籍下的所有福利均不可轉讓。
會員福利:
• 開戶優惠- 恒生銀行提供折扣優惠(https://www.hangseng.com/cms/emkt/pmo/grp06/p37/chi/index1.html)
• 會員專屬優惠-InnoClub 合作夥伴提供獨家優惠
• 活動專屬邀請-獲邀參加 InnoClub 的活動、合作和其他服務
• 電子郵件和電話更新-定期通過電子郵件或電話更新活動促銷(僅限已訂閱!nnoClub 聯絡名單的會員)
• 其他福利-獲邀享受其他特別優惠,例如免費營銷機會、採訪或媒體報導。
會籍終止:
• 會員可隨時通過電子郵件通知 InnoClub@hangseng.com 終止會籍。收到通知後,會籍帳戶將在30天内終止。
• 會員可隨時通過電子郵件通知 InnoClub@hangseng.com 更改聯絡名單訂閱狀態。收到通知後,訂閱狀態將在15天内更新。
一般:
• 我們可隨時自行決定暫停或終止會籍,並提前三十(30)天通知。
• 我們可隨時修改本條款及細則,且無需事先通知。更新的條款及細則將張貼在 InnoClub 網站 (https://hkstartupsociety.hktdc.com/en/hang-seng-innoclub)上, 或以書面形式通知您。如您在任何修改後繼續使用會籍,即表示 您接受該修改。
• 我們可隨時更改、暫停或終止任何活動,且無需事先通知。對於任何此類更改、暫停或終止,我們不承擔任何責任。
• 在所有適用法律和法規允許的範圍內,我們不對您因會員資格、任何InnoClub 活動或本條款及細則而產生或遭受的或與之相關的 任何損害、損失、費用、索賠或訴訟負責。
• 在任何與會籍或本條款及細則有關的問題或爭議發生時,我們的決定應為最終且具有決定性的。
• 我們可通過 InnoClub的官方網站、電子郵件和/或任何其他適當的媒體與您溝通。
