VC Middle School Student Absence Form
Please fill out an attendance form for each VCMS student that will be missing school. Please enter your email address so that you will receive a copy of your response via email. 

VCMS students are allowed to sign out and sign into the office as long as a parent has notified the office. Parents must come into the office to sign out or in any VCES students. 

  • Please make sure to fill out the online attendance form if your middle school student will be absent from school, arriving late, or will be departing from school early. 

  • Once Mrs. Teeter has heard from the parent, the student is required to sign in or out at the office. The parent does not need to be present.

  • Please make sure you inform your middle school student(s) if they will be leaving early. 

  • Attendance will be unexcused if the office is not notified by the parent.

* Please note, if the middle school student has an elementary school sibling that will be leaving early or arriving late with them a parent must come into the office for/with the elementary student
