► PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
• Payment is in USD and accepted through Paypal, although I would prefer a paper check or bank transfer to avoid outrageous transaction fees. A paper check may be REQUIRED for large commissions. I acknowledge this may be inconvenient, and I'm sorry, but losing $60 to Paypal fees is an incredibly jagged pill to swallow as an independent artist, and I hope potential clients will be understanding of this. Pay is preferred up front, but I can work with payment plans as well.
• Slots are not necessarily first-come-first-serve, and requests that align with my strengths will be given priority over those that do not. Applicants will be notified via email whether or not I'm able to take on their commission.
• I retain the copyright to all artwork I produce. Commissions for COMMERCIAL USE can be discussed on a case-by-case basis and require a signed contract. Rates for commercial use are subject to adjustment and an additional 50% minimum commercial rights printing fee.
• Artwork is NOT FOR USE in NFTS or AI model training.

► PRICING
All requests are subject to custom quotes depending on complexity, although I will do my best to cover as many details (such as simple weapons, accessories, patterned clothing, tattoos, ornate hairstyles, etc) under my base rates as possible, as long as I feel it's fair. Large/complicated props and extremely complex or busy tattoos that cover huge swathes of a character's body may cost extra.
►TURNAROUND & PROCESS:
Turnaround varies according to size and scope of commission, with small pieces taking between 1-3 weeks, and bigger pieces taking between 1-3 months, and work will begin only after either the invoice has been paid in full, or payment plan installments equal 50% of the overall price--clients paying in installments will receive their rough sketch for approval after 50% of the overall price is paid, and the finished piece after all remaining installments are paid. Client will receive a rough sketch for approval before cleanup and/or colors, during which time they are free to ask for a reasonable number of edits.
►REVISIONS:
All clients are allowed a reasonable number of good-faith edits free of charge during the sketch approval phase. Significant revisions made necessary by unclear communication on the part of the client, lack of references, or changing one’s mind, will incur a 20-50% fee depending on a piece's stage of completion.
In the event I, the artist, make a mistake despite clear communication and good references, both small and significant revisions will be made for free at any stage of completion.
I reserve the right to terminate work with
any client at my discretion; poor communication and/or bad behavior will result in blacklisting and a PARTIAL refund.
►CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Commissions are non-refundable except in the event that:
• The commission is canceled BEFORE I send out a rough sketch for approval, or within 24 hrs in the case of sketch commissions.
• I am unable to complete the artwork within a reasonable amount of time (generally after 3 months, depending on size and scope of request), at which point a full refund can be requested, if I haven't already offered one. I will do my utmost to reach out well ahead of time to anyone whose work I think I may not be able to complete in time, and at that point we can discuss either a refund or an extension and completion of the work, if preferred.
• The commission is canceled because of circumstances beyond reasonable control after the initial sketch has been approved, in which case a PARTIAL refund may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work already done.
• I decide partway into the work that a client is behaving unreasonably, and I choose to cancel the commission. The client, at this point, will receive a PARTIAL refund based on degree of work completed.
You will NOT be refunded for waiting until the commission is finished to tell me you don't like it and want your money back.

• Anthro/humanoid creatures & monsters
NO:
• Loli/Shota/Underage characters intended to be sexual in nature.
• Certain kinks, at my discretion (feederism, scat, ageplay, etc.)
• Hateful/abusive content or anything I find to be in poor taste
