1) I agree to pay an administration fee of $150.00 including GST
2) In return for Classic Autobody Panel and Paint Limited allowing me the use of a loan vehicle and during the period in which the vehicle the vehicle is in my control and care, I agree to accept the responsibility for

       -Holding a full current New Zealand drivers license
       -Any speeding, road tolls or other traffic infringement fines
       -Returning the vehicle in a clean condition
       -Insurance excess of up to $2000.00 (depending on license conditions) or total repair cost, which ever is the least
       -Replacing fuel during the loan period
-Any tyre punctures
-Please, no pets in the car

3) In the event of an accident occurring during the period in which the vehicle was in my care and control, in which normal insurance cover is declined, I will accept responsibility for all costs.

4) Classic Autobody Panel & Paint Limited reserve the right to charge a vehicle rental fee if the vehicle is not returned within a reasonable timeframe of the repair on your vehicle being completed

5) I agree to Classic Auto Body Panel and Paint’s terms of trade displayed in our office.
