Toast the Town Application
 An application for nonprofits and charitable organizations to apply to be the recipient of a GILD Toast the Town community pint night. Toast the Town's are on Monday evenings from 5-8pm. One dollar from every drink sold will be donated to the participating recipient. Applicants should understand and agree that representatives from their groups will be present and manning an information table for the entirety of the event. Before the event the recipient must agree to promoting the night with their supporters in whatever is the most effective way possible, such as social media, newsletters, events calendars, etc. It is not GILD that promotes the event.

Due to past experience we are having to be more proactive in requiring the event be promoted by the recipient leading up to the event and that someone must be present, along with information on the organization, the night of. Are you agreeing to these conditions, and also that we reserve the right to pull the event if these conditions are not met? (Sorry to be a bit of a stick int he mud, but we got burned on some pretty bummer nights last season and are hoping to proactively avoid.) *
