SLUSD Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Comment Form
The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a comprehensive planning tool to support student outcomes and is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF, all local educational agencies (LEAs)  are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified pursuant to California Education Code (EC) sections 52060(d), 52066(d), and 47605. Prior to adoption of the LCAP , school districts are required to notify members of the public of the opportunity to submit written comments regarding the specific actions and expenditures proposed to be included in the LCAP.

San Leandro Unified School District school board will hold a public hearing during the June 14 regular board meeting to present the SLUSD 2022-23 Local Control Accountability Plan. Please note that the actions and expenditures in this plan have not been finalized. We invite community members to provide feedback as we complete this process. Please complete this survey no later than June 17. After gathering community feedback, the SLUSD 2022-23 LCAP will be presented for adoption at the Governing Board meeting on June 21.
