Pre-Qualification for Scheduling a Showing
This form is used by prospects of Crosspointe Management Group LLC who are interested in setting up a showing for an available unit. Showings are only scheduled for individuals who have submitted this pre-qualification checklist and meet the minimum qualifications of Crosspointe's rental policies. All prospects are required to submit honest and truthful pre-qualification responses to avoid denial of future applications for Crosspointe's properties. 

Please keep in mind that we only show properties with a 24 hour notice to the current tenants and only during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. To respect the current tenants time, we do not show in evenings or on weekends.
