2021 Summer Soccer Registration Form

Registration is $70 per player (different rates apply for multiple children per family).  Following this registration form, a member of our association will contact you regarding payment.  You will be required to send registration payment via email money transfer.  All registration and payments MUST be done online this season due to NLSA and CSA regulations.
