The role of the Y’s guys is an important one.  As a former delegate, it’s important for the Y’s guys to illustrate the importance of giving back to the conference through servant leadership and volunteerism.  The Y’s guy’s role starts long before anyone steps on the mountain – it can include supporting your local delegation in preparing for the conference, helping out while traveling to/from the mountain, as well as participating in numerous activities during the conference’s week. To that point, we’d like you to share with us how you believe you could support the conference and your delegation.
