Volunteer Sign-up for the 2022 Biathlon Youth & Jr. World Championships (Feb 23 - Mar 3)
Hello Friends!

We invite you to fill in a few details below, and sign up to be a part of the world's best race crew! We will do our best to accommodate everyone who signs up with their area of interest. However, please be aware that sometimes requests for certain requirements outpace our need and ability to accommodate in those areas. In that case, we will fill roles generally based on availability, need and, for some roles, experience.

The daily competition and training schedules for the World Championships are available by visiting https://utaholympiclegacy.org/event/2022-ibu-youth-junior-world-championships-biathlon/.

Hosting a World Championships is an exciting and challenging task, and the Local Organizing Committee remains thankful to our volunteers from near and far for their help in creating successful world class events, both large and small! Remember - you are a key part of what makes racing in the hollow magic! Watch for the email confirmation of the details you share with us at the end of this registration, and you'll hear from us again soon.

Thank you once again for your interest!

Josh Korn, Zach Hall, and the Local Organizing Committee from Soldier Hollow and the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation

Required
Experience: Please tell us briefly about your experience supporting XC or Biathlon events in the past. While experience isn't required for all roles, it is helpful for our Volunteer Coordinators and Chiefs to understand and have this information. XC/BIA Officials experience/training/certifications are a big plus for volunteers interested in being assigned to some of the outdoor roles on the Field of Play. *
Availability for the World Championships: Please fill in your daily availability as you know at this time. Remember that you may adjust your answers at any point until the schedule is finalized, or after if needed. Volunteer roles, particularly Field of Play, will require full day availability for the most effective crew support possible, roughly 8:00am-4:30pm. Racing in the morning and early afternoon, and training to follow daily. Some Operations roles may have some part-day shift availability, to be determined. *
