Cuddlist Client Intake Form
WELCOME TO PROFESSIONAL CUDDLING

Think of me as your Emotional Support Human!

Whether you need someone to sit with you virtually and encourage you to go through that scary closet of stuff, or to be held while you vent or nap, I'm here to provide a nurturing, platonic oasis.

"How would you feel most nurtured today?" is what I will ask at the beginning of each session.  Clients can decide which couch they would like to rest upon, and even bring their own blanket, pillow, music, or tea that would make them feel most comfortable.  Clients are welcomed into a cozy, judgment-free environment where they feel safe, comforted, and can relax and release the stress of their daily life.

Please fill out the form below so that I can get a better idea of what you're looking for out of a cuddle session and determine if we are a good fit for each other.

All of us cuddle therapists are different!
I specialize in listening, holding clients in Mama Bear pose, and being a "safety fort" for people to release tension from their being. I love to meditatively guide clients to relax their body until they can finally release subconscious gripping in every muscle.  Clients have reported feeling a deep sense of inner calm, peace, and self-acceptance after cuddle sessions with me.  

Please remember that this is a platonic, non-sexual cuddle service, and I only take clients who thoroughly and whole-heartedly embrace the spirit of platonic cuddling, and are NOT hoping for something more.
I have zero tolerance around this, so please don't even ask.
I view solicitation after setting this boundary as extreme disrespect.

Upon submitting your intake form, I will contact you via text on the number you provide to schedule a phone call.  We will review your responses and schedule your first session if we are a good match.

Cuddlist Code of Conduct
1. Client and Practitioner both verify that they are at least the legal age of consent in their location.

2. Client and Practitioner both agree to be free from any mind-altering substances during the sessions and are thereby fully able to give consent.

3. Client agrees to fully disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect their cuddling session to the Practitioner.

4. Client and Practitioner both agree to practice consent and attention to personal boundaries at all times.

5. Client and Practitioner will communicate to find what is mutually comfortable throughout each cuddling session. This applies to all communication prior to and after sessions as well.

6. This is a strictly platonic service. Client and Practitioner both agree to not pursue or encourage sexual arousal.
Also:
-- Minimum clothing of tank top and shorts that cover the top half of the thigh and are suitable to be worn in public for both Client and Practitioner at all times.
-- No hand to genital or breast contact. No intentional genital stimulation of any kind.
-- No exchanging of saliva, or any other bodily fluid, in any way.

7. Client and Practitioner both agree to respectful personal hygiene.

8. Client confidentiality is to be respected at all times.

9. Either Client or Practitioner may end the session at any time.

10. All feedback is valued and confidential. Client and Practitioner agree to let Cuddlist.com know if either party does not uphold this code of conduct during a Cuddlist session through our feedback form, available here:

    -- The name of the person who referred you / where we met in-person / the Cuddlist who you have worked with in the past*

*If you are brand-new to professional cuddling, and depending on the kinds of questions you ask, I might refer you to another Certified Cuddlist before our first session together.

I prefer text messages because it helps me to have all of my clients’ info written down in one place.  Clients will also get quicker responses while I’m in between sessions.  

This process helps me to organize my schedule, pre-screen for predators, and be more efficient with my time and yours.

I do not offer out-call services at this time.

Please be patient with response times.  You can expect a response within a couple days, as I typically do not text people back after 8pm, and the following morning is typically booked into the evening.  Your understanding and grace is appreciated.
