2022-2023 Wildcat Coach Sign-up
Thank you for signing up to be a part of our Wildcat Coach program at Alta Vista.  We are excited to have you on our Alta Vista Campus and choosing to be a positive role model for our students.  You may sign up if you have a student here.  You can be a mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, or guardian to the student.  Please fill out the form.  We will send you a confirmation of your assigned date via email.
