TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. I consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of my personal data by Defence Collective Singapore (formerly known as Singapore Discovery Centre) for the purpose of participating in the N.E.mation! Competition. 

  2.  Where any participant is below the age of 13 years old, I confirm, as such participant's parent / guardian, that I consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of my child/ward's personal data by Defence Collective Singapore, for the purpose of participation in the N.E.mation! Competition.

  3. Where any personal data I submit relates to a third party, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of such third party to provide Defence Collective Singapore with such third party's personal data for the purpose of participation in the N.E.mation! Competition.
Participants are to ensure that their video submissions meet the following requirements:
  • All requested information in the next section must be completed;
Animation Clip Requirements:
  • Duration of Clip: 27sec + 3sec of blank (for end credits) - Total 30sec
  • Subtitles: English (must match the voiceover in the clip)
  • Resolution: Full HD (1920x1080, landscape format)
  • Format: MP4
  • Encoding: H.264
  • Video Bitrate: 10mbps or more
The participant understands and agrees that by submitting his/her/their entry to the Organisers, he/she/they grants a cost-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and non-exclusive licence to the Government of the Republic of Singapore (hereafter "the Government") and to the Organisers to reproduce, publish, publicly perform, communicate to the public, adapt, and use the contents of the submission, including any picture(s) and or original musical score contained within the animation clip submitted for the Competition, in any way whatsoever, whether in whole or in part, in connection with National Education programmes or purposes, and marketing of the Competition on any media platform. The copyright of the works will remain with the participants. Due credit will be accorded to the relevant participant should the Organisers use their animation clip for NE programmes or purposes.
