Please fill out the form below if you have West Morgan Middle and High School students that will be participating in Virtual or Remote Education this year and you would like for them to receive school breakfast and/or lunches. You must fill out a separate form for each child for which you wish to receive meals.  Please use the school specific forms for each student.  

Meals will be available by curbside pick-up on a daily basis - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Wednesday meals will be delivered at the same time as Tuesday meals.  Meals may be picked up between 9:00 and 9:30 AM

All meals will be FREE to ALL students through May 27, 2020.  

It is still important for you to apply for Free/Reduced Meals if you have not already.  After May 27, 2021, students will return to the eligibility that they have qualified for - free, reduced or paying.  If you are interested in applying for Free/Reduced Meals, please click here   https://www.myschoolapps.com/

Form must be submitted each week by Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.  If you miss this deadline, availability of meals may be limited.
