#D33Pride Awards - 3rd Trimester 2023/2024
The #D33Pride Awards are given to individuals/organizations that have made a significant impact on the students, staff, and families of District 33. These awards provide the opportunity to honor those who have "gone above and beyond" to support and enhance the work of promoting excellence in education.

The deadline for the 3rd Trimester Nominations is Friday, April 19, 2024.

  • Classified Staff: Includes maintenance/custodial personnel, food-service staff, paraprofessionals, administrative assistants or other support staff, library aid, family liaison, clerical aides
  • Certified Staff:  Includes teachers, counselors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, deans and other licensed school service personnel, superintendent, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, directors, coordinators, community school coordinators
  • Parent/Volunteer
  •  Organizations: Groups or partnerships that work with our students and enhance the culture and climate

When nominating, please keep in mind the #D33Pride Awards are to recognize individuals/organizations who have made a SIGNIFICANT IMPACT on the students, staff and families of the District 33 community.  These awards provide the opportunity to honor those who have "GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND" to support and enhance the work of promoting excellence in education in the following criteria:


Leadership:
Problem solving abilities; works well as a team player, connects to resources; fulfills the needs of the community with programs and/or initiatives; thinks outside the box; helps staff members achieve their potential; pushes others to go beyond their comfort level
 
Caring, Kindness and Enthusiasm:
Does random acts of kindness; creates enthusiasm and motivation towards goals; uses creative strategies to make learning interesting; goes out of their way to help others in need; respects and honors differences and similarities through words and actions
 
Dedication and Devotion:
Dependable beyond the norm; recognizes and appreciates being a partner in the educational success of each student; demonstrates a willingness to challenge self and others; demonstrates a commitment to supporting the overall district mission; moves outside job description
