The projects outcomes would include:
a) Reduced incidents of bullying behaviour in schools resulting in fewer young people dropping out of school or leaving school because their education has been disrupted due to bullying behaviour
b) A valuable support system established in many schools and workplaces across Wales, creating a positive ethos across the whole community
c) Mentees are supported and empowered to promote inclusion, friendship and kindness
d) Mentors learn valuable life skills
e) Increased self-confidence and self-esteem and aids well-being, personal and professional growth and development
f) Individuals supported on a one-to-one basis by our e-mentoring
