At Team IGNITE, we have four sub-teams. Below you have a concise overview of our sub-teams:

Management Team  
The Management Team has the responsibility that Team IGNITE runs as a whole, ranging from managing the team’s day-to -day activities, well-being of our members and managing financial budgets, to setting a strategy for the coming years and defining new projects. They are in charge and run the business!
(Team Manager, Financial Manager, Human Resources Manager, Business Manager, Communication Manager)

Business Team 
As member of the Business Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating relationships with Technical partners. These are companies that support team Team IGNITE in various very crucial ways, they are therefore essential to the survival of the team. You are the face of Team IGNITE for any company. Being the bridge between the companies and the team, means you will expand your network enormously!

Communication Team 
This Communication Team is responsible for the marketing and PR of Team IGNITE, and therefore our external perception. They are responsible for all external events, visual means to introduce Team IGNITE, our corporate identity, our social media appearance and the website.
(Communication Manager, and the Communication Team Members: (Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, All-around Designer))

Technical Team
The technical team is in charge of the development of light design and artworks to reach the mission and vision of Team IGNITE.  Team IGNITE is works on various projects in assignment of clients. Currently we three projects working for GLOW Eindhoven, but we have also projects coming up for Woonbedrijf / Bureau FRANKEN, The Municipality of Eindhoven / Eindhoven 365 and Amsterdam Light Festival.
