Welcome to our shoreline clean-up project!   ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER PARTICIPANT!

Use this form to register and "ADOPT-A-SPOT" to keep clean on Rough River Lake.  NONE of your personal information will be shared beyond the Friends of Rough River Lake.

In order to participate - you'll be asked to do the following as part of this online sign-up:)
  1. DOWNLOAD and REVIEW the ADULT and/or MINOR PLEDGE forms found later in this online process.  (Under 18 requires the MINOR pledge form to be used for each participant under 18.)
  2. ARE YOU 18 or OVER?  CONFIRM in your answers below that you have READ and AGREE with the terms in the PLEDGE FORM.
  3. ARE YOU THE PARENT/GUARDIAN of a 12-17 year old?  CONFIRM BELOW that you have READ and AGREE with the terms in the MINOR PLEDGE form.
  4. KEEP a copy for your records:)
