TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservation fee is required for confirmation of booking.
2. Any alteration made without approval from the issuing office will be deemed null/void.
3. Any incidental expenses will be on client’s account.
4. Any unused tour services are non-refundable.
5. Ticket NON-REFUNDABLE/NON - REROUTE-ABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.
6. Failure to pay by the dateline set on our official confirmation will result in AUTO-RELEASE of all confirmed services. Any reinstatement of booking will be subject to package availability.
7. Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking.
8. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
9. Senior Citizen should bring his/her OSCA ID to verify his/her discount.
10. Passenger must shoulder any charges/damages caused by invalid/expired travel document.
11. In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control and Travel Agency will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
12. Immigration/Airport Personnel has the right to subject passenger to questioning or interview upon exit. Travel Agency will not be liable for any immigration decision to not allow passenger to depart due to any circumstances.
13. No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
14. Kindly check your email or messenger for any notification from the airline or travel agency for any changes.
15. Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before travelling outside the country.
