This is for SWIM TEAM SIGN UPs for FALL/WINTER 2023-2024
SEPTEMBER 12th FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE
*If registering more than one swimmer: You must register each sibling separately.  
At the end of this form, there is a comment box. Please put ALL SIBLINGS NAMES in the comment box.

* Groups are based on a combination of age and skillset.

*If you are unsure which group to sign up for, set up an evaluation on the "Request for Evaluation" page. This is located on our website as well.

Additional Information:
Please keep in mind our swim team practice times. Each group has specific days/times. 
*Please read the email, and check our team website there are many details concerning new changes to our swim team policies.
