Young Adult Ministry Grant Application
"Through worship, mission, study, and fellowship, we are finding God’s wholeness for each other and, guided by the Holy Spirit, seek to share it with our community and the world."

The Grace Presbytery Young Adult Ministry Committee strives to directly support faith communities in their ministry with Young Adults. The YAMC recognizes that oftentimes, the barrier to more vibrant ministry with this age group is funding. The committee encourages faith communities to brainstorm and dream new ways to serve young adults, and to partner with the YAMC to make it happen. As you brainstorm, we invite you to reach out to us at gracepresyamc@gmail.com – we consider it part of our ministry to collaborate in the process from start to finish as each community feels is helpful.

Below, please provide details about your ministry context, your program ideas, and the funds requested. Ordinarily, the maximum funds available for one faith community is $500. Our committee will email an acknowledgement of receipt soon. Our sub-committee meets monthly to consider proposals, and funds are dispersed on a quarterly basis: January, May, August, and November. For this reason, we ask that proposals are submitted as far in advance as possible.

Once awarded, communities are invited to take part in a cohort of other young adult ministries which consist of at least one Zoom and one in-person event. These events are free of charge, and are designed to foster mutual support and idea-sharing amongst ministry leaders.
