By filling in this form you are confirming your interest in participating in our May Pokémon Mart; This form is for the May 2024 event. A new form will need to be filled in for each event you are interested in attending.   • Food and drink items are not allowed to be sold within the booth. • Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booths.  • The use of nails and strong adhesives on the tables, floors, ceilings, and walls is prohibited.  • Any decorations, art work, posters or signage brought in must be displayed in a free‐standing fashion. • All vendors are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY AND ALL guests that attend as well as Dragons Lair Comics & Fantasy employees. • No items that are immoral, illegal, or dangerous will be allowed to be sold.  • If sales tax is being charged a copy of your State issued Sales and Use Permit will need to be displayed within your booth.   We understand each vendor will have an array of items to sell however; we request that you list the main items you will be selling as it would be beneficial to all venders if there was a variety of products being sold. All items and decorations must be suitable for general audiences and people of all ages.   There will be a table fee of $25 upon approval of application through Square.
Each vendor will receive an allotted space within our play area. Your vendor space will include:
•  1 6ft in length table (there will not be a tablecloth provided) and an extra table can be provided on the upcharge of $15
•  Chairs will be provided if requested
•  There is store Wifi available
•  Each booth will have space in-between them, your immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendor.
•  Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement.
•  Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.
•  Parking space to unload/load will be behind the store in the designated employee parking lot. The door marked "MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY 109"
•  Set up will start at 10 AM and must be done no later than 10:59 AM and tear down will start at 3 PM and must be cleared out by 4:00PM

I hereby agree and give my permission for Zaghora Investments IIc. to record, film, and/or photograph myself and to display, publish or distribute these works for the purpose of posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these films or photographs.

Liability
Vendors shall comply with all laws and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable.

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss, arising from or related to the Night Market. Vendor shall hold harmless Zaghora Investments lIc., its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Night Market performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.

The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property.

Vendor agrees that Zaghora Investments IIc. and its agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor's equipment, supplies, goods or other property.
