By completing this form you are helping us to understand your learning needs. The answers to your questions about grade levels, content area, areas of interest, and comments will help us determine what types of professional development we will offer.

This mailing list registration form and survey is being administered by Vera Longtoe Sheehan, on behalf of the the Abenaki Arts and Education Center.  Data such as demographics or other key information may be shared at the discretion of the aforementioned organization to our partners to improve future events and programs. This survey form may also be used in data collection by the aforementioned organizations, Vera Sheehan, and AAEC team for quality control, future program development, research, and in the creation of promotional materials. We would never sell your data to third parties. Your contact information and sensitive information will remain private and is collected simply to assist in paperwork.

This survey will also serve as an announcement and reminder for additional permissions / announcements to protect such information.
