tools which helps us unwind and reset our body, and let go of unnecessary
tensions.
After a day sitting at the computer, playing an instrument or a
stressful work day, the neck and shoulders can get tight. Tensions pile up and
our posture suffers.
In this 30 minute Active Rest workshop your tensions and pain
will ease up and you’ll feel renewed and re-energized.
Please wear comfortable clothes, have a yoga mat or towel handy
to lie on the floor, and have a 1-inch thick soft-cover book for under your
head.
