BIS Summer Program cost: $275/week; $250/week for siblings. There is a $5 credit card fee applied. Our office is now closed so payment needs to be made via this form.  Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance for otherwise you will receive a 50% refund. Please pay as soon as possible.
