This form is a contract between the artist known by the monikers listed below which allows for Wen to provide the buyer with a Digital Good requested by the Buyer. This form pertains to all services engaged after 15 Dec 2020.


"Wen"
"Wenz" and "Wenshark" (TH)
"Wenshark"(Twitter)
"Wensharks" (Instagram)
"Wen-z"  and "Wenshark" (DeviantArt)

This form will be given to the buyer upon point of purchase and to assist in the role of the artist/buyer regarding the digital goods offered, including Adopts.

Information provided in this form will be seen by the buyer and artist and parties if any financial/legal disputes.

__***Payment***__
- Only Paypal payment is accepted in USD.
- **Client** MAY NOT resell any commission(s) or adoptable(s) purchased with a Non Fungible Token(s) (NFT) or ANY form of Cryptocurrency
- **Artist** will never resell/repurpose your commission(s) or adoptable(s) with Non Fungible Token(s) (NFT).




__***Cancellations***__
- **Artist** reserves the right to cancel at any time. A full refund will be issued
- **Client** may request a cancellation. Refund will be based around the % of work completed.


__**T&Os**__
 **Client**
- May post anywhere, with credit.
- Art is for personal use and not for commercial use. Client may not reproduce, print, or use images for marketing/contests/products/merchandise. This includes use for VTube-related media unless commercial terms have been discussed.
- Agrees not to ask for updated versions of the commissions once completed or for a refund of a completed commission.
- For indicated commission types, the client will be allowed 3 revisions during the process for more complex pieces. Once finalized there will be no more edits. If a commission type does not indicate revision, these revisions will not be provided.

**Artist**
- May post anywhere, with credit.
- Reserves the right to use image for self promotion
- Has the right to turn down any project without reason.
- Is drawing in their style - will not be doing a "draw this in X style" commissions
- Maintains common-law copyright and authorship credit for the goods.
- Adopts may not be resold for a higher value unless higher value in the form of other commissions is added.
