Private workshops can be held at Curiouser Clay and Gallery at 120 W. Michigan Ave in Jackson, MI or at your home or business!
Workshops at the Gallery- Paint your own pottery workshops during regular business hours are $20-$30 per person depending on the pieces to glaze. Private workshops scheduled outside of regular business hours have a minimum charge of $300. Clay projects (a workshop that begins with a slab a wet clay) range from $45-65 per person depending on the project chosen and have a minimum of 8 people to schedule. Gallery workshops can accommodate up to 15 participants. Paint your own pottery pieces are fired and ready for pick-up at the Gallery one-two weeks later. For clay workshops, pieces are fired and returned to the Gallery 2-3 weeks later for pick-up.
Private Workshops- at a business or residence are $75 per person and have a minimum registration of 10 people to schedule. Workshops must happen on a ground floor. Pieces are fired and returned to the place of the party (or to the party organizer) 2-3 weeks later for pick-up. Parties can be held within a one-hour radius of Chelsea, MI.
Payment in full is due at the time of reservation to hold the date. There are no refunds for private parties, but you are able to transfer the tickets to other participants.
