Research and Planning Fee:

The fee covers the following in the presented proposal: 

•Resort/hotel

•Flights 

•A list of activities/excursions specific to your destination based on your travel preferences. 

*Fee is payable after the free phone consultation. 

*The research and planning fee is NON REFUNDABLE. 

*The fee is NOT applied to your booking. If you choose not to book, or if you book on your own, the fee is non refundable. The proposal and recommendations are yours to keep.

Once the proposal is sent to you, you will have 14 days to accept or reject it. The research fee will NOT be applied to your booking. After 30 days, you will be required to pay another research fee and start the process over again. Please indicate that you understand this policy. This will be discussed in detail during the consultation. If you decide that you do not want me to book your travels, please communicate that with me.  *
Pricing presented to you is not guaranteed until deposit or full payment is made. Pricing is subject to change. *
Additional destinations are assessed an additional research fee. *
