Dear Parent/Guardian,

The City School District of New Rochelle is providing new touch screen Chromebooks for eighth grade students. The district Chromebook your child now has will be exchanged for a new touch screen Chromebook.  

1. Please complete the new Chromebook Device Loaner Form below. Be sure the guardian and the student read and initial the Device Loaner Terms & Conditions. Also, please ensure that both student and guardian have read the enclosed AUP. To ensure your form is received please be sure to click on the Submit button at the end of the form. A new Chromebook will not be given to a student if the device loaner form is not fully completed and submitted. Please complete your Chromebook Loaner Online Form by Wednesday, June 9th (first distribution) or Tuesday June 14th (second distribution). We will process the exchange. You do not need to do anything else to process the exchange.

2. Chromebook Exchanges
In-Person students will exchange their existing Chromebook during school hours Thursday, June 10th (first distribution) or Wednesday, June 16th (second distribution). Students will be called over the loudspeaker sorted by last name. Virtual families have the option to exchange their existing Chromebook during the school day or after school between the hours of 3pm-4:30pm. Please remember that the student must bring their Chromebook with charger to receive a new one.
