CraftsWoman Application:  SingFest 2023
Thank you for your interest in sharing your special gifts with the participants of SingFest 23!  All Craftswomen must be registered participants of SingFest 23 and should complete the Registration Form prior to completing the CraftsWoman Application.  There is some limited scholarship money available. For additional information, please review and complete the Work Exchange Scholarship Form located under the FORM tab at the top of the website.

Women may apply to be a Craftswoman by filling out the Craftswoman Application Form which will be reviewed by the SingFest Committee members.  We do have a limited number of Craftswoman spaces available, so the SingFest Committee will give preference to Craftswoman Applications that were submitted in a timely fashion as well as for crafts/items that are of particular interest to women/girls and that are made by women.

Each CraftsWoman will be assigned a space in the a secured location which is a large enclosed community space!  Each CraftsWoman is asked:

1. to use either the 8 x 3 table or one 34 x 34 card table provided by CraftsWoman or the SingFest Committee

2. to bring pads or rugs to place beneath all feet/legs of items that you might bring for your personal set up if you choose not to use the tables provided by the SingFest Committee 

3. to use only the specific area allotted for each designated CraftsWoman space which is approximately the size of an 8 x 3 table

4. to complete the Craftswoman Application with specific attention to the question concerning the need for electricity for your CraftsWoman's space  (spaces with electricity are limited)

5. to use the honor system to gift the SingFest Committee10% of total sales (Note: this system is being used in place of charging a fee for a space in the CraftWoman area)

 6. to set up her Craftwoman space on Friday, January 27th between 12 PM and 2:00 PM. The SingFest Committee would like to ask each CraftsWoman to have her crafts available for folks after the Sunday Service on January 29 from -12:00-1:30. Thus, break down for the CraftWoman's space would be between 1:30 and 2:00 on Sunday, January 29.  However, if you are unable to attend the Sunday Service,  your craft booth should be taken down on Saturday night following the evening concert between 9:30 PM-11 PM.

7.  to submit her CraftWoman Application ASAP or no later than January 11th,  2023.  Additional CraftWoman Applications will be considered if space is still available after January 11th.
