Welcome to e-WARN, the online WARN filing process for Colorado companies. This form meets the federal and state reporting requirements for the Worker Adjustment Re-training Notification (WARN) in the State of Colorado.
**ONLY a officer or representative of the company (usually legal team, HR or other leadership position) who has been given the authority to file a WARN on behalf of the company should be using this form.**
