CPC 2022-2023 Spring Auction: Ticket Order Form
Life is a Mardi Gras so let's have a ball (without the kiddos this time)! 
Friday, March 3rd @6-10pm at The Garden (1719 Bonanza St, Walnut Creek 94596)

-Your admission ticket includes dinner, drinks, and a 360 photo booth. The dress attire will be cocktail encouraged but not mandatory.
-You can also pre-purchase your raffle tickets here.

Once you fill out this form, please make payment ASAP to complete your purchase.
Payment can be made via cash, check or Venmo. For cash & check payments, please put it in an envelope (labeled with "Spring Auction", your family name, class, how much $ is enclosed) and drop it into the lockbox in the TTH/MWF foyer. For Venmo (@Creative-Play) payments, note: "Spring Auction", your family name, and class. **If we do NOT receive your payment by 8pm on Monday, February 20th your ticket is not valid
