Note: This position requires a 1-year commitment from September 2022 to May 2023

The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities will be the following:

To work closely and report to Vice-President of Operations, specifically in the processes of planning and coordinating HSSA initiatives
To represent all Health and Society undergraduate students for the academic-year period, and report to the executive team for any student concerns regarding the program;
To manage the Events Volunteers in terms of tracking events volunteer registrations, managing events volunteer tracking spreadsheets and emailing events volunteers of upcoming events;
To maintain a positive and effective relationship with all Health and Society faculty members, DSAs and clubs.

NOTE: You must be enrolled in a Health and Society program, Population Health, Health Policy and/or Health Humanities to apply for this position.
