Please note: the lateral flow testing programme is currently voluntary and has now been expanded to include all pupils.

The lateral flow device is a self-swab nasal and throat test which takes 5 minutes to perform, produces results within 30 minutes, and should be self-administered from home.  

If you choose for your child to participate in the Lateral Flow Testing (LFT) programme, you are committing to self-administer the test twice weekly, providing their results to school and also recording them online at www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result

The pupil testing guidance and privacy notice have been shared with you.

No child will be excluded from attending school if they do not wish to test.

Please could you complete this online form to let us know if you consent/do not consent to your child being part of the testing programme.  

If you have more than one child eligible for testing, once you have completed the form for one child you will be provided with an option to submit another form, please complete for all eligible children.
