We are the Technical Workers of USW Local 9460 at the Essentia Hospitals and Clinics in the Duluth Superior Metropolitan Areas. We have been fighting for a fair contract for over 6 months.

We are the hidden healthcare heroes that support the important work in the clinics and hospitals.

We are willing to work hard to ensure patients receive the care they deserve in a timely manner, but 46% of healthcare workers report feeling burnt out. Instead of looking for solutions to the staffing crisis and how to support workers, Essentia has fought to cut our time off and expand where we work.
