- Deliveries will be fulfilled as soon as possible but unexpected delays such as rain, lockdown blockades are expected - hence do give us 2-3 days to fulfil your delivery.

- There might be a delivery charge levied by certain wineshops - if any, you will be informed of the same on the confirmation call as well.

- Orders will be processed ONLY between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM, you will receive a confirmation call if you place your orders within these hours. Orders placed outside these working hours will receive a confirmation call the next day.
