Little Reading Buddies Application
Reading Buddies is relaunching Spring 2019!  Please fill out the following application to have your child paired with a teen Reading Buddy.  

Reading Buddies is a free program at Caldwell Public Library that pairs teen library volunteers age 13-17 with Caldwell-West Caldwell students in Grades K-5 who want to practice their reading skills. Each teen is paired with a Little Buddy to work one-on-one for a 30-45 minute session of reading and listening practice plus reading-related games. Parents or caregivers are expected to remain in the library during the session.

Reading Buddies Agreement:   I am aware of the dates and requirements of the program. I agree to notify Kristen at Caldwell Library and my child's Reading Buddy if my child is unable to attend a session. If my child misses 2 or more sessions, his or her Reading Buddy may be assigned to work with another child. I understand that I must remain at the library during each weekly session. *
