Thank you for your interest in attending KCP's Annual General Meeting. This form collects your email address. The day prior to the AGM, you will receive a reminder of the meeting location along with the minutes from the 2022 AGM. If you signed up for virtual attendance, you will receive a zoom link, protocols for our zoom meeting, voting, and minutes from the 2022 AGM for review. See you Wed. Sept. 20th

Are you a current member? (i.e. a member from the 2022-2023 season includes paying members who are 18 or older who participated  Elf Jr. or We Will Rock You. Or you are a volunteer from this past season, giving 10 hrs or more of your time to KCP. This would include production team members who are not paid, reading committee members, or other. You are also a member if you have paid $10 to be a voting member) To pay $10 and be a voting member, please submit and eTransfer to treasurer@kempenfeltplayers.com 
NOTE: if you are not a current member, you will be able to attend the AGM but not a voting member.
