Last year 140 houses, shops and places of work took part in our third annual ‘Streets of Light’ trail. It was an amazing success, and this year we would like it to be even bigger and better than before!
To get involved all you need to do is to decorate one (or more!) windows of your house, flat or workplace, and then leave the lights on or curtains open, so people can see your fantastic displays. Your design can be anything you like, but please include one or more of the words LIGHT, LOVE or HOPE somewhere in it.
We will create interactive online maps to show the streets and places where families and friends can walk or run together (in groups of 6!) and spot the different houses of light.
There will be several mini trails across the city—in Crookes, Walkley, Hillsborough, Crosspool/Lodgemoor, Fir Vale and Broomhill/Endcliffe etc.
To be a part of ‘Streets of Light’ 2020, please complete the online sign up form by 20th October, so that we can put the trails and maps together.
GDPR - we will email you with a letter to participants including some helpful hints and creative suggestions. Your address will be used to create the online interactive map but will not be shared with anyone else. Your details will not be shared with anyone else. Any questions to
