Please register me as a member of the Club for the 2019/2020 2nd season and the child(ren) as player(s) (Born between 2006 and 2015) listed below.

Member fee is HK$1,200 per child for the 2nd season (Jan- May in 2020). Cheques should be made payable to “Hong Kong Kai Tak Mini Hockey Association” and crossed and to be handed in to the committee member before the start of the first training.

Mini Hockey Training Venue: Lok Fu Recreation Ground, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Sunday.  For the training schedule please refer to the website.
