This group is Tuesday evenings at 8:00 pm (30 min group) with a bonus practice that will be sent to your email on Thursdays for you to practice at any time and will have access to for the whole month of October. This group runs October 6th - 22nd.

Group will close at 15 participants.

You will have the option to use essential oils in this practice. You can provide your own, get from someone you know or you can buy a $10 sample bottle of a blend of essential oils from me - it is my favorite calming blend of Cedarwood, Lavender & Frankincense. $10 includes therapeutic grade oils and shipping.
