This form was created to allow citizens the opportunity to submit comments to the Village of Westmont regarding items that are on an agenda for a scheduled Village of Westmont Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Comments submitted for topics not on the agenda would be considered Open Forum.
Submissions will be forwarded to appropriate staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and consideration. Submissions will also be included as part of the written record for the meeting intended.
Please note, your written submission will not be considered sworn testimony, which can only be given in person during a live meeting in which an oath is taken. However, it is expected that your written submission is accurate and honest to the best of your knowledge.
Submissions sent via this form must be received at least one hour prior to the start of the scheduled meeting in order to be included in that meeting. Submissions sent after that time may not be included in that meeting, but will still be received by staff and shared with the Planning & Zoning Commission.
