Before you apply here are a few things you need to know to ensure you'll be happy working at Coven:

Our business language is English
Hosts must be very social and chat with guests as much as possible instead of gesturebating.
DJs must use voice/mic during sets, and they must ALSO participate FREQUENTLY in room conversation.

Non voice/mic DJs will only be considered where they can demonstrate that they are EXCEPTIONALLY chatty in room conversation
You'll keep 100% of your tips we also offer subsidised homes on site for staff who take 2 perm sets a week or equivalent (subject to availability)
We prefer that hosts have hosting experience BUT if you've demonstrated the skills we need as a VIP, we'll give you a trial
We welcome experienced SL DJs who play any of the following genres: Metal of all genres post 1990 (Nu, Power, Symphonic, Heavy...), Modern Rock, Alternative Rock, Punk Rock, Gothic, Industrial, EBM BUT definitely NO Classic Rock or Metal, Hip Hop, Rap, Pop or Country.
We provide a Club stream
Our shifts are 2 hours and start on odd hours, e.g, 7am-9am

We use Discord to ask for covers and keep staff updated so if you don't have a Discord account if hired we'll expect you to create one
Reliability is very important to us, please consider your application carefully in the context of your RL schedule
