We’d like to gather and share anonymous quotes from staff about the reasons why they’re striking and how the impacts of cost of living crisis, poor pay, equalities pay gaps, casualisation and workloads have been effecting them.
This will bring a more personal angle to the dispute, and to allow students and staff to hear directly from us over the course of the industrial action.
Stories will be shared on RCA UCU social media, and made available for press to use in coverage of the strikes.
