I commit to coming to summer school for all 13 days for each session that I am signing up for and working to complete all assignments and coursework during the summer school time.  I understand the following expectations for summer school, and that any issues with the following will result in dismissal from summer school course and may impact my priority for future summer opportunities:
Attendance for all summer school sessions (more than one absence per session will result in dismissal)
Arriving on time to each summer school session (3 tardies per session will equal 1 absence)
Upholding all Da Vinci classroom expectations including work habits, class engagement and behavior and all school discipline will be up held.

That the student named is expected to participate in summer school in Summer Session 1 (June 13-June 30) AND/OR Session 2 (July 11-July 27). *
