本报名表，包括其中免责内容和医疗授权，用于斯巴达中文学校（下称学校）2023-2024学年学生报名。2022年8月13日（周日）晚11:59之前提交该报名表报名的，将免除$20注册费。本学年全部班级恢复实体课，每周日上午10:30至中午12:20（法定假期除外，具体参考学校校历）在密歇根州立大学Bessey Hall 上课。
This form, with indemnification and medical treatment authorization, is executed on by the Student who is identified below and the Guardian, to register in Spartan Chinese School (the School) for the school year of 2022-2023. The $20 registration fee will be waived if this registration form is submitted by Sunday, August 13th, 11:59 pm. All classes will be provided in person on Sundays(except holidays), from 10:30 am to 12:20 pm, at MSU Bessey Hall.

出于办学成本的考虑，中文学校班级人数原则上达到8人方可开课。特殊情况下，个别班级6人也可能会酌情考虑。如果报名人数低于6人，可能无法组班开课。在征得家长同意的情况下，我们会尽量协调，安排学生进入上一个年级或者下一个年级，请家长理解与支持。
Registration Notice
For the consideration of operating costs, Chinese language school classes generally require a minimum of 8 students to open. In special circumstances, a few classes with 6 students may be considered. However, if the number of registrations is less than 6, it may not be possible to form a class and commence the course. With the consent of parents, we will make every effort to coordinate and arrange for students to join the previous or next grade. We kindly request parents' understanding and support in this matter.
