8th Grade Chinese at RFH -- Registration

To the parent(s)/guardian(s) of rising eighth grade students:

The RFH World Language Department would like to extend an invitation to a limited* number of rising eighth grade students (2021-2022) interested in beginning study of the Chinese language to register for a class at the high school. If interested, 8th Grade Forrestdale and Knollwood students would have the opportunity to register for the Chinese I course.

These eighth grade students would then be prepared to begin their RFH high school language study experience enrolling in Chinese II/Chinese II Honors as freshmen and potentially continue with the sequence of study through to the Advanced Placement level as seniors.

Rising eighth graders who would like to request Chinese I at the high school should complete the form below. You will receive notification if your child has been accepted into the program in June.

*Interested students will be contacted on a space available, first-come-first-served basis. Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School.

All requests should be received by March 26, 2021. The request form will stay open after this date, but we encourage you to sign your child up as early as possible.
