What do you think about school and Covid-19?                        
The Barnet Educational Psychology team work with children and young people and schools. We would like to find out about your experience of the Covid-19 lock down and your thoughts about school in the Autumn term.

This short survey asks five questions. It will take about five minutes to complete, or longer if you want to provide more information. When the survey is finished, we will share this information with you. We will also share the thoughts and ideas with schools to help them plan for when you are back in school.

This survey will not ask for any personal data. We will not be able to identify you and the information you provide is anonymous.

The questionnaire is aimed at children and young people of school age. We will let you know what we find out.

We will use Google forms for the survey and information storage due to its data assurance and legal framework.As the data we collect is anonymous, it is not considered to be personal data under data protection legislation (such as the General Data Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act 2018).
